With Tamil film industry taking its farthest feat across the globe, here's a grand affair that turned spotlights on best Tamil films of all seasons. It's an endeavoring gesture of promoting Tamil movies across the far-flung corners of globe.

Recently, a Tamil association led by Vaseeharan Shivalingam in Norway in collaboration with Dhananjayan had hosted a grand Tamil film festival in Oslo that kick-started on Feb 6. The 4-day festival had the maverick filmmakers of Kollywood - Sasikumar, Mysskin, Samuthirakkani and SP Jananathan gracing over the occasion as special guests.

Subramaniapuram, Pasanga, Nadodigal, Ee, Peranmai, Yogi, Poo, Raman Thediya Seethai and few more films were screened. Additionally, movies made by localities in Norway were also screened so as to promote their talents.

The filmmakers, who took part in this festival, were spellbound with the immense response from the crowd while Tamil speaking community ennobled this event to be an unforgettable moment as they had an opportunity to meet the ace filmmakers redefining contemporaneous Tamil Cinema.

Much elated over the success, both Vaseegaran and Dhananjayan have decided to organize festival much grandiosely in years to come...
