The guessing game is now on for the heroine of Ajith Kumar's 50th movie which will be directed by Gautham Menon. It is said that Gautham who is riding high on the success of Vinnai Thandi Varuvaaya is working on a mind blowing script for Ajith. The film is expected to start in Oct-Nov 2010.

Sameera Reddy was roped in to be the heroine of Ajith in this movie but the current buzz is that Samantha will be the heroine. Samantha was seen in Gautham's telugu version of the movie Vinnai Thandi Varuvaaya.
